Privacy notice
Lutrakit is a static utility site. Its file tools are designed to process your selected files inside the browser, while this notice also records the smaller amounts of device and request data involved in using the site.

Files and local processing
When you select a PDF, audio file or recording source, the application processes its bytes on your device. It does not send file contents or file names to a Lutrakit server. A tool may download its processing code on first use; that engine download does not include your file.
Data stored on your device
The site may use localStorage to remember the color theme, timer state, stopwatch laps and, only when you choose to save one, a reusable PDF signature. This data stays in that browser until you remove it with the tool controls or clear site data in the browser.
Microphone and screen permissions
Voice and screen recording require browser permission to use a microphone, screen, window or tab. The browser presents and controls those permission prompts. Captured media is assembled locally and is not uploaded by the application.
Analytics, advertising and cookies
No analytics or advertising container is loaded. The current analytics helper can place coarse events in an in-memory dataLayer, but nothing reads or transmits them. The Lutrakit application currently sets no cookies.
Email you choose to send
Lutrakit has no account, comments, contact form or newsletter. If you voluntarily email [email protected], OVH forwards the message to a private Google (Gmail) inbox used by the operator. The sender address, headers, message and any attachments are processed to read and answer it; the private destination address is never published.
Hosting and server logs
Loading the site reveals request data such as the IP address, time, requested URL, response status and browser user agent to Cloudflare, Inc. and the OVH SAS VPS running Caddy behind Traefik. These data support delivery, security, incident diagnosis and abuse prevention; Lutrakit does not use them to profile interests.
Service providers and recipients
OVH SAS provides the VPS and OVH provides domain and email forwarding; Cloudflare, Inc. distributes and protects web requests; Google (Gmail) stores mail sent voluntarily to the public contact alias. These providers receive only the data needed for those roles. Selected tool files and filenames are not sent to them by the application.
Data controller
The data controller is Bastien Sulyan, sole proprietor, at 18 rue Jean-Geoffroy Conrath, 67200 Strasbourg, France. Privacy requests can be sent to [email protected]. No data-protection officer has been appointed.
Purposes and legal bases
The operator relies on legitimate interests to deliver and secure the static site, diagnose failures, prevent abuse and answer messages sent to the public address. When correspondence is needed to take steps at your request, that processing may also be necessary for those steps. Lutrakit does not use contact messages for advertising profiles.
Retention
Lutrakit has no user accounts, profile database or uploaded-file storage. Browser data remains on your device until you remove it with a tool or clear site storage. Contact emails are handled only so the operator can read and answer messages you choose to send.
International processing
Cloudflare and Google operate internationally and may process data outside the European Economic Area. They publish transfer safeguards for their services, including applicable adequacy mechanisms or standard contractual clauses. The operator must verify the exact account contracts and enabled regions before launch; no claim is made that every request or email remains only in France.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the processing, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object on grounds relating to your situation. Send a request to [email protected]; identity evidence will be requested only if reasonably necessary. You may also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
